Our Pay-It-Forward Fund ensures that finances are never a barrier to cultural exchange. Every donation directly sponsors travel grants, program fees, and housing for students participating in our global educational trips.

Big Field Travel is currently structured as a Limited Liability Company (LLC). Because we operate as a standard LLC rather than a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, contributions and financial support are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.

Your contribution directly supports high school students heading on our 30-day Japan immersion journey by helping cover group airfare, rail passes, host family stays, and need-based financial aid. Beyond student travel, your generosity helps us open our doors at home by supporting local host families, welcoming visiting Japanese delegates, educators, and exchange students, and supporting the dedicated volunteers who help make this program run.

Yes! Beyond financial contributions, we welcome community involvement. You can support us by offering to host Japanese exchange students during foreign visits, sharing our high school programs within your network, or mentoring students preparing for their overseas travel.
